EnspirED is a national leadership conference for youth that provides an opportunity for students to showcase leadership through researching and sharing meaningful ideas that will inspire the audience. EnspirED speakers are selected by our curatorial team who identify and investigate ideas and innovations that matter. The speakers develop an eighteen-minute presentation on an idea they believe is worth spreading.

What happens after getting selected to speak at EnspirED?
The selected speakers will hone their already superior public speaking and leadership skills through rigorous training from the TEDx speaker coach Priya Kartik. The speakers will go through a final audition in front of Ms. Kartik before they go on the EnspirED stage.
What to expect at EnspirED?
The National Leadership Conference for youth - EnspirED will have 5 speakers who will be sharing their mind-blowing ideas through spectacular speeches. The talk will be followed by a panel discussion with these emerging leaders on a published topic. The event is covered by the press and media and a panel of professional judges evaluate our students' performances.

3:00 - 3:15 Welcome Address
Our master of ceremonies will open the conference with a warm welcome address.
3:15 - 4:15 TED-style TALKS
EnspirED 2024 event will feature three captivating TED-style talks. Each speaker will deliver a 16-minute presentation on their original ideas, to inspire and engage the audience. These talks showcase their critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills, providing attendees with fresh perspectives and thought-provoking insights.
4:15 - 4:45 Conversations with Mentors
This session is a unique opportunity for high school (11 & 12 grade) and college students to engage in brief conversations with our esteemed chief guests. Students can engage in conversations regarding careers, goals, and professional advice to gain valuable insights on enhancing their success in academic and career endeavors.
During the session, students will participate in three, 10-minute rotations, moving from one round table to another, pairing with a different mentor in each rotation. This dynamic setup ensures students gain diverse perspectives and practical guidance from experienced leaders.
